If you experience either of these issues, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date.

Every Sideline Parent Co. item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Ordering the wrong color
  • Changing your mind after placing an order
  • General fit or style preferences

We encourage you to review our size chart carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions before purchasing, we're always happy to help.
